All of our acorn products are available to retailers at wholesale prices - with NO minimum order (however, we may offer suggestions to contain shipping costs).

If you area birding franchise owner, independent wild bird retailer, nursery or garden center, gift shop, hardware store or art gallery, etc.. and you would like to try our products, we would be happy to provide you with our wholesale price list.  Simply phone, fax or email your request.

Once you have established an account with us -

Our payment terms are net 30 or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).  If you are a new customer and placing an order of $500 or more, we extend your credit for 30 days, but will require a credit card number or 2 credit references before your order can be shipped.  Credit cards will not be charged without prior authorization by the cardholder.

All orders are usually shipped within 3 - 7 business days.  We will notify you if there will be a delay in shipping your order.  Our products are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified by the buyer.  All orders must be delivered to a business address or additional shipping charges will apply.  All damage claims are handled by Acorn Bird Products. Any items which arrive damaged will be replaced free of charge.

We offer our retailers excellent customer service and will be more than happy to discuss pricing, shipping, and any other questions or concerns you may have regarding our products.  Please be aware that we are still a small operation and don't always have someone available to answer the phone, so please leave a message and we will return your call as quickly as possible.
