Acorn Bird Products, LLC will never share, sell, or rent any personal information, email addresses, etc. with anyone, for any reason, unless ordered by a court of law.


REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

Acorn Bird Products, LLC guarantees everything we sell.  If you are dissatisfied with any product, we will be happy to refund your purchase price or exchange the item.  If there was a mistake on our part with the item, or the item was damaged in shipping, we will pay return shipping charges.  Otherwise packages must be returned prepaid by consumer.


SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service Ground (UPS)

UPS Requires a street address and cannot ship to PO Boxes, Military APO or IPO boxes!!!  If UPS does not service your address and you require packages to be delivered by the United States Postal Service, please call us at 724-668-2462.

Please take into account holidays and weekends when placing your order.  For example, a package ordered on a Friday will not ship until Monday.  If there are delays in shipping we will make every reasonable attempt to contact you and let you know.


SALES TAX

Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% sales tax on order total.
